User will be “killed” with cookies

internet cookies European Union changed the rules for cutting off pirates from the Internet, an ISP change in a single day, and everyone knows about it. On the occasion of the fight with the pirates, one important thing escaped the mind and it’s regarding cookies.

The new rules require warn the user about the use (read and write) cookies (I hope that everyone knows is there a cookie).

It seems that someone in the European Union would not have thought. For what is this recipe?

Thus, in principle, each opening single website will be preceded by displaying information about cookies and confident expression of consent by the user. Companies involved in the examination of traffic on the sites can start packing themselves and searching for new job.

Probably someone fairly quickly propose a way to circumvent this onerous for both sides of the problem. But if you really have to be made law that harms?
