No Next. It’s Over

Bauer Publishing has closed its magazine Next, which was good. I liked Next magazine, at some point more than Chip (and there is nothing to the things that I worked in Vogel). Publisher may also liked Next magazine, but said to WirtualneMedia:

- The title had its several-year business plan, which assumed its development in the long term. This plan provides, inter alia, deferred gain profitability. In the past year, and yet at the beginning of this managed to keep close to the plan. In recent months, the business environment has changed so much that the magazine “Next” lost the ability to implement it – explains the reasons for issuing the letter of suspension Zbigniew BaƄski, publishing director of PC titles in the Bauer

Gentlemen publishers must felt strongly affected by changes in business environment, he reportedly stopped edition number who was sent to printing. Well, business is business, no place for sentiment, unfortunately. Sad is that more than a dozen people lost their job (probably 10 full-time employees). Interestingly, that will survive a web site, which will now Interia.pl manage.

Market is poorer now
